PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS - Custom Products

Please understand that Custom Solar Screens, Solar Screen Kits, and Roll Up Solar Shades are custom items and cannot be returned. Orders cannot be canceled after production has started. If you need to cancel a custom order, please give us a call at 469-333-0215 or send us an email right away.

If we made a mistake and shipped the wrong size/color, then we will ship the correct size product at no cost to you, as long as you inspect the products and notify us within 5 days of arrival. Orders cannot be returned or replaced, for any reason, after 5 days of arrival.

Sizing Tolerances

The following explains the sizing tolerances of our products:

  • Solar Screen Frames - 1/16" tolerance
  • Custom Solar Screen Fabric - 1/8" tolerance
  • Roll Up Solar Shades - 1/8" tolerance
RETURNS & REFUNDS - Stock Items

For orders containing items that are not custom (ie hardware, fabric rolls, etc), we are happy to cancel orders anytime and/or offer a full refund (less shipping costs) on unused products as long as the buyer pays for return shipping charges, unless the wrong item was shipped by Solar Screen Outlet by mistake.

Before returning any item, please give us a call at 469-333-0215 or send us an email to obtain an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted until an RMA number is obtained from Solar Screen Outlet.

SHIPPING RATES AND TRANSIT TIMES

See the note at the top of this page for current lead times. Most shipments will arrive in 2-5 days from date of shipment. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via United States Postal Service, FedEx or UPS at our discretion.

Free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.
